Sean Robbins has over 10 years of experience in real estate finance and senior debt lending. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa at U.C.L.A with a major in Business Economics and a minor in Accounting/Public Policy. Sean is the founder of Northpoint Realty and is the Washington Managing Broker (Lic #27437). In addition to holding a Real Estate Broker’s license, Sean is a CFA© Level I Candidate and is a licensed mortgage loan originator in both California and Oregon. 

 

Along with managing Northpoint Realty, Sean currently holds the role as President at Blackhawk Capital Group, a Newport Beach real estate advisory service and brokerage house, as well as the role of Managing Director on Equity West Capital Partners, a fund management company uniquely positioned to invest in distressed real estate opportunities. Blackhawk Capital represents investors with acquisition of distressed and bank owned property at a discount with a niche for alternative financing methods, with Sean having facilitated the acquisition and funding of over $25 Million in properties thus far since 2009. As the Managing Director of Equity West Capital Partners, Sean focuses on the company’s capital structure and financing, and assists with assets acquisition and general project due diligence.

 

Sean’s career in real estate finance and senior debt lending has culminated in many successes, such as: funding over $100 million dollars in development and construction financing to create homes for American families during his time at GMAC-Cerberus Capital, helping Comerica Bank expand their commercial and real estate lending divisions, as well as serving as a member of the board of directors of Eco Land Holdings, an international real estate development company.
